GENERAL TERMS

This document sets out the terms and conditions between  “Innowave Ltd” on the one hand and the participants in public events organized by Innowave Ltd on the other hand.

I. MAIN POINTS

In the interpretation and application of these General Terms, the used basic terms will have the following meanings:

1.1.         Organizer: “Innowave Ltd”.

1.2.         Participant: any individual or legal entity who has filled out the registration form for participation that is displayed on the website of the relevant public event.

1.3.         Website: The Innowave Ltd website is located at https://innowavesummit.com and through it the participants can be informed about the current event, make their registration for participation and follow the news for the event. The Innowave Ltd website has Bulgarian and English versions for the current public event.

II. ONLINE REGISTRATION

2.1.         Registration for the event is done via an online form available in the relevant section of the Website “book now” or “registration” or other similar term.

2.2.         The Organizer reserves the right not to serve Participants who have entered incorrect, incorrect or insufficient data.

2.3.         The organizer has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally to Participants who regularly fill in false or insufficient data.

III. METHOD OF REGISTRATION

3.1.         Each participant completed online registration form, which states:

(a)               Name and surname (required);

(b)               e-mail (required);

(c)               contact phone (required);

(d)               company/organization/educational institution (required);

(e)               occupied position (required)

3.2.         The participant will receive an email confirmation that the registration form has been successfully sent and his data processed and the organizer’s bank account information if the participation fee is paid by bank transfer. Once the participation fee is paid, the Participant will receive a confirmation e-mail that the registration has been successfully completed.

3.3.         If the e-mail address is entered incorrectly by the Participant, the Organizer is not responsible.

3.4.         In cases where the participants do not receive confirmation that their data is being processed or confirmation e-mail for successfully completed registration, they should contact the organizer by using e-mail: headoffice@innowavesummit.com or the tel. number published on the website.

IV. PARTICIPATION FEE

4.1.         The announced charges in the website of the event are end-priced and won`t be amended.

4.2.         At the discretion of the Organizer, an initially lower fee for participation in the relevant current event may be provided, specifying that this fee will be increased by approaching the current event date.

4.3.         The Organizer may provide package prices according to different criteria such as student full access, VIP, group participations and others, as all needed information will be published on the Website.

4.4.         The registration is valid only after confirmed payment must be made within 2 working days.

4.5.         Each Participant may pay the participation fees due by:

4.5.1.            Bank transfer to explicitly explicitly specified Organizer`s bank account included in the e-mailed message from point 3.2.

4.5.2.            By PayPal account

4.6.         During the current public event, the Participants may receive vouchers for various services or discounts. They can not be exchanged for their monetary value. Their conditions of use and expiration dates will be mentioned on the voucher.

V. COPYRIGHT

5.1.         During the current events organized by Innowave Ltd the participants can receive pre-prepared materials, settled copyrights within the meaning of the “Law on Copyright and Related Rights”.

5.2.         Participants have the right to share information over the social networks, blogs and medias information related to the actual current event in a digital format. The duration of video or audio recordings should not exceed 2 min. and needs the explicit consent of the speakers for their use.

VI. INABILITY FOR PRESENCE

6.1.         Failing part of the current public event, participant must contact the organizer in one of the ways described at http://innowavesummit.com/#site-footer, not later than 10 working days before the date of the event. The participant can forward his registration to another Participant.

6.2.         In case of inability of presence of groups of two or more Participants and in fulfillment of the conditions under the previous item 6.1. up to 30% of the value of the registration fee can be refunded, but no more.

VII. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF A CURRENT PUBLIC EVENT

7.1.         In case there are reasons for the event to be postponed and /or canceled, the Organizer must inform the Participants.

7.2.         The organizer is obliged to provide a new date for conduction the postponed or canceled event, but not earlier than 6 calendar months from the date of the current public event.

7.3.         If the event can not be conducted, organizer must recover the entry fees of individual participants within 30 working days after the date of cancellation of the event. Recoveries should be in the amount of 100% of the collected fees for participation.

VIII. REPLACING A LECTOR

8.1.         There can be some circumstances, not by Organizer`s fault, one or more lecturers not to be present at the date chosen by the Organizer. In this case, the Organizer undertakes to find another lecturer to replace the absent.

8.2.         The Organizer is not responsible for lost profits or damages in the absence of any of the speakers.

IX. ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.1.         The Organizer does not assume liability for any material and/or non-material damages and injuries sustained by any of the Participants in ongoing events organized by the Innowave Ltd.

9.2.         Each Participant strictly has to keep his/hers personal belongings during the current event. The Organizer shall not be liable for loss, theft and/or damage to the Participants’ personal belongings.

9.3.         The Organizer is not responsible for the reimbursement of the fees already paid for participation of the Participants in cases of force majeure such as earthquake, natural disasters, war, terrorist acts, etc. circumstances that arise.

9.4.         The Organizer is not responsible for lost profits in the event of a postponement of the current public event.

X. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and must  publish the new /amended General Conditions at the website within 3 working days.
